Cody Short, Principal Astrodynamicist, discusses STK’s Astrogator capability and how it offers a design tool to construct the necessary framework to work with the CR3BP in STK. The CR3BP configuration design tool is made available within Astrogator’s component browser and it creates and defines other components to support the framework and to serve as a customizable, encapsulated mechanism to configure STK.
Providing a simplified workflow/mechanism to set up STK for use with the CR3BP dynamical model, it saves time and effort for users.
