Trucking veteran Tiffany Heathcott is ready to hit the road – but this time, she won’t be stepping inside a vehicle.

That’s because she’s completed training to become the world’s first Remote Pod Operator. She will soon be monitoring and controlling Einride’s autonomous electric vehicles, remotely.

Having tried her hand at the new role, the Texan says she’s confident many truck drivers will want to make the same shift she did.
